I’m Joe, a Trainer at Zenith Training. My role involves delivering tailored training to apprentices across the North East, specialising in Business Administration, Sales Executive, and Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeships. I work closely with learners, providing them with the knowledge and skills they need to progress in their careers.

The main part of my role is delivering monthly training sessions to different apprentices, setting tasks and assessing their work to ensure they are on track, supporting them right up to their EPA. Beyond training, I offer ongoing advice, guidance, and support, helping apprentices build confidence, and life skills and achieve their goals. For me, seeing learners grow and succeed in their chosen fields is incredibly rewarding.
